Our Hero Beyond Blems are new canine discs that were destined for the grinder and the recycling process due to defects in manufacturing. Beyond Blem Bundles boasts the same incredible Hero durability and are great training discs for all disc dog disciplines at vastly discounted prices. These pre-recycled discs have never been thrown.

(Available in SuperSonic K9 Candy and Taffy 215 models. Each bundle comes with 10 discs.)

Some of the physical manufacturing defects are as follows:

Uneven flight plates (see photos for example) Physical warping
Missing areas of plastic (no breaches, complete & round part)
Comes stamped or unstamped (random, 10 of the same color is possible)

Our shipping days are:

Crap shoot

Kind of a crap shoot on what you get. I’ve ordered at least 5 boxes of these. The first one seemed like normal production discs with blems, but no detectable physical defects. Another box was about 50% normal/50% physical defects. Three other boxes we 20% normal/80% physical defects. Oddly, the ones even with bad defects were descent flyers. 100% good for rollers. If you order a box and you are very happy, you’re next box may be entirely different.

Abundance!!!!

Some of the 'zbees definitely were a little warped and wobbly, but still fly great. A few were hard to detect any flaws, and only one had a big sunken spot in the flight plate. I gave away 5, kept 4 for my dogs and put one in my disc golf bag. Durability and value factor is immense.
